journey, 4,000 Ft/person - return, Time: 1 hour
Although you may wait up to 30 minutes, Airportbus will charge a fixed rate
per person for taking you to any location within Budapest. Children travel free.
· Travel by public transport - Price: 300 Ft/person, Time: 1-1.5
hours
If you arrive before 9:30 p.m., you may take a bus number 93 from the Airport
to Kőbánya Kispest, which is the first station on the blue metro
line. Take the metro from here to Deák tér and then walk to the
apartment. Public transport is exceptionally cheap, frequent and reliable in
Budapest. Tickets can be purchased at metro stations. Travelcards, covering
the whole public transport system in Budapest, are are available for three days,
one week, two weeks and a month and are more convenient and cheaper than buying
individual tickets.
